As a newcomer and first time homebuyer, having someone hold your hand through a home buying process with pure intentions and professionalism is a gift from God. There are a plethora of things Tasha did I’d want to highlight that were key for my husband and I but I’d list the top 5 1- Explaining the entire home buying process and how to get prepared for it (- such a good teacher) 2- Helping us Narrow down areas to live based on our family needs when we couldn’t decide (such a good listener) 3- Taking notes of the things we liked in each home asking our opinions to get a better idea of our likes and wishes (Every home we looked at was better than the last- very attentive) 4- Guiding us with expectations based on market behaviour with absolutely NO Pressure to buy (so patient) 5- Referring professional service providers to ensure we had a smooth process and following to ensure we had a good experience (Quality service) She was there every step of the way. And can I mention the possession day gifts 👌🏾 Carefully curated for my family. I’d want to buy a house again just to work with Tasha. She’s truly a gem. Don’t know where to start ? I guarantee she’s your person.
